Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lebas Clothing Limited.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with a item, please inform us. Our Returns Policy will give you 30 days to exchange or return any item with valid proof of purchase. If those 30 days are exceeded we will be unable to exchange or return. Excluding all sale items.

In order for your exchange or refund to be accepted the item must be returned in a resalable condition (undamaged, unused and clean). Meaning the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in.

Once we have received the returned item/items we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it, than notify you wether we accept or deny your refund. If approved, your refund will then be processed and you will be contacted by our team with further information. If not approved the item will be sent back to the buyer.
